God tree and rikudo story an epic fail

this god tree and princess story that kishi has invented doesnt fit in with the story. First of all chakra is life energy, one cant live without it, which is why when kakashi (or anyone else) runs out of chackra they die. Next does that mean rikudo's mom is the anscestor of all current ppl??? Or did she give everyone chackra (in which case that fruit must have been loaded and the juubi was really stupid to leave it unprotected). Also why are ppl born with a chackra ciculatory system if the chackra does not come naturally to them??? What happens to dead ppls chackra? Does it return to the juubi? Why are animals able to mould chackra? Eg gamayami. Did she feed them as well? It was also stated that rikudo was the one who taught ppl how to use chackra, he didnt give them chackra. The invention of the god tree and the origins of chackra just contradict too many things and raise soo many questions which cannont be answered, simply put this silly story messed up things and was a fail!

Nothing was confirmed until the moment madara told the story straight from the tablet. Before that very second every thing was just rumor and hear say. Is it the greatest story, meh but its a little different and an interesting twist lest just see where it goes.

I don't man.... Is chackra life force ? Or is it a energy signature...???

Basically the mother had chackra which gives the ability to use ninjutsu .... Samurai's don't use chackra but they still are alive ... Correct? So chackra has nothing to do with life force but energy signature ... For shinobi chackra is everything but for regular ppl they don't care. basically what I'm tryna say is that shinobi are a different species of human, because they use chackra and with out it they die( kind of like air for us)

As far as the sage he is called the sage because he was the first to use sage mode and being able to manipulate chackra put him on a different level than his mother. I don't find it farfetched at all that he created these animals (old frog , white snake , snails , dogs ) that actually are personified as people ( they talk, they use chackra(nature chackra), and they know how to do Justus)
