Sasuke's Sharingan comparison

Left aside that today's episode was almost a complete waste of fillers, let's compare Sasuke's Sharingan design between scenes.


In the upper image, a close up of Sasuke's normal Sharingan. Even at that distance, they seem unable to draw proper eyes. Not that they can not do it, since they already made it better before in Shippuden (lower image):

Secondly, the damn EMS, that they have no idea of how to draw. Well, at least in this and past episodes, because in the next episode, magically the EMS is drawn properly WTF, just keep fking consistency:

The top sharingan was seemingly because it was dark while with the EMS it looks as if the bottom one is still forming/developing.

Bottom is from manga and much better, why is there inconsistency in the animation.
