He can kill anyone with Hiraishingiri and his Suiton, maybe bar Tsunade. I doubt Gaara's sand is fast enough to react to FTG.

If he marks the ground, he can teleport to them, but the ones who have good enough reflexes and fast enough attacks can stil retaliate before he actually attacks, cause the teleportation is instant but the attack isn't as he hasn't marked their bodies.

Not to mention he would only be able to kill off one before they take measures to escape, like getting airborne via Gaara's sand. Also Ay would tank any attack he has via Raiton Armor.

Onoki are Gaara would be safe from FTG due to being able to Fly because tobirama's marking would be on the ground, Tsaunde and Raikage can easily tank hiraishingiri. Mei in the only vulnerable one.

His suiton isn't really a matter, Onoki can obliterate it, Gaara can block it with a large volume of sand, A can most likely tank it along with Tsunade and Mei just counters it with her suiton or KKG's. Or the kages could just dodge it.

It tanked Sasuke's Chidori Katana Don't try and imply Tobirama's attacks bar ET explosion is going to even phase him, cause they won't. Tanking the attack is still a durability feat. Saying that its Raiton so it can block it is nothing but a baseless assumption not supported by the manga.
