Why she has the same name than kimimaro (kimimaro kaguya) ? Is he from her clan or something?

More than likely the clan named themselves in honor of his name... to have witnessed someone who had the power to defeat a god would surely be someone praised like a god.

And with the flow of time... their knowledge as to why they chose their name became a mystery.

So what ? It doesn't change the fact that Uchiha is the first name. The order means nothing. And Otsutsuki is clearly the family name. It's the Sage's name too
