Bigger doesnt mean stronger. Knowing how SM works, BSM Naruto should be stronger than full Kurama, which also means he should be stronger than PS.

The Naruto who got beaten down was Kage Bunshin.

Remember that Kage Bunshin divides your chakra.

It's safe to assume that Naruto was only at half of his power when fighting toe to toe with Madara.

So still: Naruto's BSM>Perfect Susano'o

Since when does sage mode compete with kcm mode?

That's like saying sage mode is stronger than the other half of naruto in bm.
