So if all human chakra came from the juubi flower, where does the chakra of animals come from?

Meh. Who knows. Thats too much thinking for me tonight. If I had to guess, I'd say something like the Sage created animals with chakra (Like the old frog and the old snake), and they went on a taught their kind how to use chakra.

it's been said that humans stole the fruit no animals. So we are talking about human chakra in here.

Animals use natural chakra. They are already one with nature anyways.

If animals are one with nature then they always had it(chakara). The question I would like to ask is if the sage was the first human to be born with chakara that would mean he already had spiritual and physical energy from birth. That would mean apart from his descendants all the other clans had to be thought how to create spiritual and physical energy. So why did the jubii take the chakara from the other clans in the shinobi alliance?
