How long did it take you to come up with that one bone head ._.
I begin to gather chakra throughout my body and then proceed to channel it in my hand.I then wave my hand as I begin releasing the chakra in the form of several blades of wind.I then manipulate the blades of wind forming them into one entity,a scythe of sharp air.
Adv is the speed of the jutsu(easy to perform) and its actual power (like you said it stoped Susano's movement)
It doesnt have any big disadvantages besides its weakness to fire but who thats too obvious >.>
Hao needs a scythe doesnt he,it would fit him kinda.

I begin by gathering chakra throughout my body as I begin to suck in the dummy.As the dummy is pulled closer to me I begin to knead my chakra with the air I sucked creating wind chakra.I manipulate the wind chakra forming it into a wind bullet as I blast it towards the dummy and rip it apart
The advantage is the fact you can suck your opponent into short range giving you the ability to use other short range jutsu or to force him into hand to hand combat.The disadvantage is that while you suck him in he can release a fire jutsu and you are basicly just drawing it in faster making it very hard to defend.
Question,how fast does it suck you in,how hard is it to resist it basicly?

I begin by gathering chakra throughout my body and then proceed to make the rat hand seal.I then channel the built up chakra into my palms and through them I release controlable air currents.I control the raging air currents across the field and they begin to pick up small items off of the ground such as used shuriken and particularly dust.At the end when it is fully completed the technique becomes a giant dust storm which I am able to control.
Advantage is the sheer size of the jutsu,plus when its on the field the enemy will have a rly hard time to focus one me.I can also move it however I want causing even more problems for them.Disadvantage would be that as I release the stream of wind and its still in its smaller form the enemy can release a strong fire jutsu and burn me easily.People tend to god mode like that ._.
So whats the best way to use this technique? Could you use it to intercept an strong lightning jutsu when it already on the field for 1-2 turns?Could you manipulate the storm into going where the opponent is basicly sucking him into it too?

"I'm guessing you can maybe block kirin with this pre-made jutsu or get rid of the clouds forming when the fire is shot into the air (best to ask someone else, this tech is new). I would use it so that crap keeps bashing into my opponent, maybe let loose some kunai and shuriken. Okay so the next technique is serial waves."

I begin to gather chakra thoughout my body as I start to perform the two hand seals Tiger → Dog.Once the Dog seal is formed and I have gathered up chakra I then take a deep breath and begin to manipulate my gathered chakra compressing it into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra.I then release the sphere at the forest taking down several tree's.
