I remember the last time Sasuke encounter the juubi,he cause it to scream in pain due to his Amaterasu.I wonder if the jubi remember the past pain of amaterasu and decide to avoid Sasuke or keep him calm .As a result Sasuke will not be angry and spam amaterasu or Kirin instantly when get provoked.

Well, so far, The Tree has been chasing the nearest, and largest sources of Chakra..It could be that fire nature chakra isn't what it is after, but that's probably a bit of a stretch. The Tree almost immediately chased down Naruto, and Bee, though.
