Anyone get the feeling that Sasuke's power-up is coming next chapter?

This chapter gives me a feeling that Sasuke's power-up is coming really soon..

Naruto is burned out, Minato is low on chakra, the Hokages are ineffective and the chapter emphasizes the point that all hope is lost...

Sasuke's power-up is coming real soon and I think its going to be a game changer.

Possibly for the next chapter because of the 21 page special?

There is nothing that suggest Sasuke will be getting a power-up next chapter... We stand a better chance at Naruto using the chakra that the other tailbeast gave to him than Sasuke getting a power-up..
By your logic about the Hokages are ineffective and Naruto is spent, Shouldn't it make more sense that Naruto finally use the gift that they gave to him? We know that it is coming and that Moon Eye Plan has started so what better time to show us what that gift is all about.

Sasuke most definitely needs one and he will get one or he have gotten it and he have not shown it. This chapter showed nothing to indicate he will get one.
No disrespect but sounds like you are butthurt that he is currently useless.. He won't be useless for long but he is useless as of now.
