Honestly, I doubt the dude even has a clan and even if he does, it doesn't matter at all.

He was the only one from the clan blessed with god-like powers because his mum ate that fruit, meaning only the Sage and his mother have the ability to utilize chakra. I'm guessing later down the years he taught everyone how to create and use chakra.

No... its a Japanese name which means the surname is placed before the first. So the mum of the sage is Kaguya. The names being similar or the same as the name of the mum of the sage might be something the clan knew from history.

But they aren't part of his clan, they're two completely different clans; the Uchiha and the Senju.

And I don't think they were produced sexually either, I think he created them through Yin/Yang release.

Indeed; then again, it wouldn't have made sense for Kishimoto to be degrading Kimimaro to fodder level, only to reveal that he has been directly related to the Sage all along.
