It may be because it didn't care about it. Sakura had massive chakra at her forehead. Sasuke's chakralevel is unknown.

Remember: God Tree was targeting the big shots first. And that was of course Naruto. And the SA was rested and peaaceful while Sasuke should be already a bit drained. Sasuke is next IMO.
