[Discussion] Madara, Obito and the Tree of God

What basically I understood about Madara plan was that the Shinju will absorb all the chakra of the Shinobi. So Madara plan is to end with the "Shinobi"...

But wait, he IS a shinobi... And so is Obito...
This is getting confusing xD
