We saw today that The Juubi simply sucks out Chakra from Shinobi....

Lee is known for no aptitude in Ninjutsu..... Probably he doesn't have or has very little Ninjutsu Chakra in him.... I think it's same with Guy....

We know that Eight gates gives you the power of Kage Level.... So since Ninjutsu Chakra is going to be sucked out.... Only Taijutsu seems unaffected....

So it's poossible we get to see Eight Gates to soon....

What do you guys think..?? =D =D

EDIT - Okay.... Lee might have very low Chakra as compared to other Shinobi.... So even it got sucked it won't affect him badly.... People lived without Chakra even before SO6P's mom ate the fruit.... Lee might be more like them.... He might not have God Tree's chakra is abundance in him like others have.... That's what I'm saying.... =D =D

chakra effects both taijust and genjutsu aswell as taijutsu..

rock lee and gai both have chakra pools its just lee cant perform ninjutsu or genjutsu..

gai on the other hand is capable of ninjutsu he just specialises in taijutsu and doesnt use ninjutsu so he can show lee that you be a great ninja witout it...

Eve though they are not talented in ninjutusu dosen't meant that they don't have chakra.

They still have chakra, every living thing has.

Their attacks just do not result as involving chakra; rather as physical force, for ex. Kisame was able to absorb any type of ninjutsu with GSB; but could not do it since Hirudora is not a ninjutsu or involving chakra.

Even if Lee's and Gai's attacks are not involving chakra; their bodies do. So if they want to do something, they should still have to avoid God tree crap.
