I mean, where is Orochimaru? No one knows, but he's definately not at Naruto's locations, and there's a reason for that.

Orochimaru hasn't changed at all, he's up to something, Karin is probably with him to tell him when Obito/Madara is taken care of and do whatever he's up to.

It wouldn't matter anyway. Even if he far away, Naruto can still pick up his evil intent if he has it as Naruto's clone showed that during the war.

Orochimaru knows he has it, hence why he doesn't dare to go with sasuke and juugo, his intentions will be detected and he will have to fight, suffering losses that could very well be avoided by playing more carefully.
