Ah, I was figuring you were referring to that. Though I do not believe Naruto was going at top speed, the point was to be going as the same speed as Sasuke.

OT: Sasuke is faster in base but nothing indicates he keep up with KCM. That page doesn't show where Naruto and Sasuke were prior to attacking nor Naruto moving full speed. Just b/c he is in KCM, doesn't mean he's moving full speed 24/7.
