100 meters, forest, IC to kill, intel = full.

For convenience, Minato has kunais in a random desert and can use them to port objects there.

Him going there counts as a ring out. Him teleporting Pain paths there counts as a ring out in his favour. However, he cannot win by ring out and as such has to kill the last Pain Path.

Animal Path can reverse this warp and summon Pain Paths back.

Really?

The amount of people saying Minato is shocking.

I thought Pain takes this.

I edited some stuff in the op.

People are biased. In some cases of Pain threads, Deva is supposed to solo the fight due to Chibaku Tensei. But here, Pain is supposed to lose at a distance of 100 meters and full intel.

Minato vs Pain is tough but Nagato undoubtably beats him

I was thinking that, too. Then again, Minato can intercept Pain before that happens or jump away with Bunta.

It's a tough fight, really.

Yeah, its tough, but with normal circumstances Pain would win.

What's the point of that kunai sitting in the dessert if minato can't warp to it for defence? Lol. It's possible that minato wins this. FTG's Hax is the deciding Factor but it all comes down to how much stamina minato has. With FTG V2, it shouldn't be too hard to take out paths even through linked vision... Engaging Preta in taijutsu, and tossing a kunai while taijutsu fighting just gives minato a quick warp at it's back to take it out. It pretty much goes down like this for all paths since they don't have much defence to his FTG. :/

With full intel, minato would know to take out deva first (he uses little chakra attacks so preta isn't dangerous, really). If minato can take out deva, the battle instantly ends. Only deva's ST Can take offer somewhat of a defence to FTG. All minato needs to do in this battle is kill Deva and toss him into bunta's mouth.

Don't forget that minato has incredibly devastating footspeed. Short distance pretty much makes it a stomp at short distance. All minato needs to do is make a shushin dash which deva would use ST to stop, at which point he tosses one of his kunai while flying away(they move very fast) and FTG V2 Deva to simply take him out from the get go... Full intel works more in minato's favor than it does for pain since minato has a jutsu that just... let's him appear.

No, not at all, Deva would be in the back while Preta is in the front so, He would ST minato if he tried to blitz and than preta would absorb the seal on the kunai, thanks to Pain's chakra sensing before Minato could even use it , and even if he could he would be too far away too do anything as Preta creates a field of absorption and right when that seal enters the field it is absorbed

2 FTG Kunais are enough for Minato to end Deva Path. The rest are fodders. Naruto was manhandling them easy in taijutsu. Minato is faster
