Yes, we have some exclusions. They would include Juubito and all of team 7, as they are to op compared to the others. U_U

No he did not, its clearly stated in the manga that all orochimaru took was his own chakra out of kabuto not the powers kabuto had.

...And most of the power was Orochimaru's from the start. The manga even shows the scales disappearing from Kabuto when he took the power back.

Unless Kabuto can still use DSM, he reverts to his former position of Orochimaru's sidekick. I doubt he can use it either, since it was Orochimaru's potent power that gave him said strength.

None of those powers were orochimaru's from the start. Those scales were from orochimaru's chakra/dna infecting him. We've already seen that when chakras get some of orochimaru's chakra, they tend to take on some of the same features he had.

Sage mode is a skill you gain after learning how to collect nature chakra. He couldn't possibly have lost that ability even if Oro took the snake chakra.

There are strength/power requirements for using SM and Kabuto doesn't meet them on just his own power. Orochimaru had the power but not the body and vice-versa for Kabuto.

Which means he is left the S4 abilities.
