He was as useful as most non-main characters were at that point. He was introduced as a powerful, mysterious guy, brimming with potential, and yet, the fate he received from Kishi was extremely illogical. Dosu, the guy who was by far the most intelligent member of his team, decided to directly approach Gaara, despite having backed down to someone like CSM Sasuke. His death didn't even make sense, his character was without a doubt worthy of something other than such a ridiculous end.

I've got to agree with this guy. At the least he should of remained as one of Orochimaru's henchmen till the end of Part 1/The Sasuke Retrieval Arc.

I got upset because I wanted to have a friendly conversation about a character I find to be pretty interesting, then here comes an NB stereotype (idiot) and says "He was scared of CS1 Sasuke lolz" in the first comment.
But it's whatever. I forgive you after everything is said and done.

Again, I'm not seeing how this is relevant. Because Dosu couldn't beat Sasuke he's... what? Weak for a Genin?

I rewatched the fight between Sasuke and Danzo and his death is very, very sad... I got hit by an 18 wheeler with sadness as its cargo.

(Don't mind the title)
At around the 4 minute mark is when the Feel Train takes off.
To me, Danzo's death is easily comparable to the likes of Jiraiya's... What did you think about his death?
