As long as that kind of community still exists, there is still hope, even if it was little. Fires start little and expand when fed properly. Same can be said about hope and losing hope. We can only "try" to reach out to people and ask them to do something about it.

You know.... War is inevitable whether I "disagreed" or "Agreed". So it's better to fight for something, than to not fight at all and be the "Bosses" Bit.ch. I don't need acknowledgment from no one, I care and expect people to care because it satisfies me and only me, when I grief or change my mood because of posts like these, I at least feel a small percent of what the people related to that child felt, and that, to me, is what's right.

Put yourself in that family's position, you heard someone saying that they don't give a damn about your kid dying. You can't judge them, nor punish them because they indeed are not related to the issue, you can only hope for some sympathy for the loss you had, as in your mind, you'd be willing to feel the same for them and you'd hope that no one goes through what you went through.

It might be news but these type of threads hold no debatable content other than agreeing with each other on how pitifull the victims are. Around late 2012, the GD section started lacking threads with actual debatable content. No offense towards Hime, I'm also guilty of posting these type of threads. Sigh

Actually, I don't think it's the topics, but how we handle them. This could have created a debate. PainToTheEarth could have made a good debate between the concepts of minding your own business and feeling for others. It's just the way he presented his opinion ruined that.
