Pobably Naruto. As far as I know at least. I'll have to see the series after time skip. I'm on episode 441. So far, Luufy isn't on par at all. I did research Haki on One Piece wikia. Haki's dominating effect is useless against Naruto, unlike what One Piece fanboys will say.

I don't think Luffy has a counter to ransenshuriken anyway. He's vulnerable to cutting attacks and he'd be paralyzed if Naruto uses it's explosion feature.

Like I said on the other thread, Naruto will beat Luffy in a VERY close match. Naruto is at the end of its series so its getting major powerups right now. Before the end of One Piece, Luffy will be able to handle Naruto mid difficulty. Also, high tier One Piece characters from even before time-skip could beat a current naruto.

Except that quote holds no truth. The size of a small star is still bigger than Jupiter. Him saying that was an exaggeration. He should've said the moon because that's pretty much what it was. Also, it was never stated that the Sage fought the Juubi. Only to seal its physical body into what became the moon and its chakra into himself. Obito was controlling the Juubi but that doesn't mean he's stronger than it. Like I said, Naruto is reaching its end and that's why all of these hax abilities are showing up. Put high tier against high tier and OP destroys with only Juubito, Naruto, Hashi, and Madara putting up a good fight.

Naruto takes this. In BSM his speed surpasses Luffy's Gear 2nd by far, he can tank strong attacks like gear 3d attacks, Luffy also wont ba able to see Naruto's attacks coming with Frog Taka.

Considering he's the founder of ninjutsu, I highly doubt he wasn't a fighter.
