Living Obito has done a lot. 0_0 Dead Madara has infinite chakra , but doesn't mean his chakra level is greater than Obito.

Madara (with EMS), hands down if we're talking "Original" individual before any Edo Tensei or genetic manipulation with Senju DNA.
According to Madara his Edo Tensei has infinte Chakra reserves and is 'indestructible'
Unless you're Jubito and can use So6P 'creation/destruction of ninjutsu techniques.
Jubito also has access to the ten tails' chakra but I'm not sure it is more than the reserves of an E.T.
so it would be a case of quality (Jubito) over quantity (Madara)
but that still means Madara has more.
