Its obvious. I'm calling it now. Rikodou is sarutobi and hatake. It explains the beard and hair color. The tint of red your seeing is just the coloration of the episode not his actual color. Its white. And he has a young hiruzen and asuma beard.

I might be color blind, but in my opinion I think it has a shade of red, although it is almost fading.
