Besides, by logic, naruto BSM is much more powerful than naruto BM(SM is a multiplier, naruto BSM/Naruto BM= Naruto SM/ Naruto base form). Minato BM is slightly above naruto BM I suppose, as the first also has FTG. But naruto BSM might be above of him because of the SM increasing his powers.

Sasuke will only receive one of them; And it's more likely he will be given the curse mark once more. The Rinnegan is a stretch, but he has a better shot at getting it then Naruto. The only other contender.
