Everyone here has some type of justu/ability that would prove quite deadly for all the others its not that black and white although right off the bat of my head i can't think of anything that gaara can do that would make orochimaru have cause for concern.

The guy is unharmed by psychical attacks and snakes live in the desert so sand isn't too much of a threat to him.

Gaara's dad, according to Part 1 Orochimaru, was simple compared to Hiruzen. He stated in the early manga/anime that he had easy work of the other Kage he killed (not necessarily the Kazekage in particular, but the group of them together). He's no Iron Sand Kazekage.

That being said, Orochimaru as he stands now is quite a ways up the list. Here's mine:

A speedblitzes the sannin with the lowest difficulty Gaara also beats them because he can fly so they cannot even hurt him Mei Solos Tsunade and Oro (1on1) with her acid mist though she loses to Jman
