Mugen Tsukuyomi and Juubi

Now, at the end of the chapter Obito says he wants to start the Tsukuyomi, and releases what looks like the Juubi, or at least a huge part of it.

Perhaps, the Juubi (or that "part" of it that was released) will now reach the final stage of evolution, thus allowing Obito to begin Tsukuyomi.

Maybe he set it free partly, since it couldn't evolve while it was fully inside him...

As I said, he obviously didn't let out the whole Juubi - he is still the Jinchuuriki. But it looks like he cast out a large part of it.
