A little disappointed with Naruto's recent upgrade!

Oh come on,Kishi failed when he made Sasuke the good guy and now he has to please the hardcore Naruto vs Sasuke fans.He is asspulling the whole jealousy thing and taking a crap on Sasuke's character(like seriously he makes his characters look like they didnt develop at all) for Nardo and Saske to have a lame final fight...

I'm bored thinking of the final fight. I hope that Kishimoto knows what to do with Naruto vs Sasuke. At this point, Naruto and Sasuke shouldn't even fight.

with naruto's chakra he should be able to use PS(until he obtains it with his own later on).not to mention his jutsus are quite useless against obito.
and honestly despite being a naruto fan disliked this power-up,it felt like it was early and added nothing to the plot,obito is still tanking everything they got,well it might drove him to start infinite tsukuyomi.

Disagree about the power-up! Agree with being too fast and sudden!

well bsm was needed to fight obito thats why naruto got it also naruto had already activated it back in the pain arc so it technically is not a new power up it just became known to him that he could do it.

i think kishi wants sasuke to relies that power doesnt come from hate, but sasuke will get perfect susanoo and possibly something else, but i think this chapter is important for sasuke character and it kinda does feel nostalgic of part 1 when sasuke was annoyed at how far naruto had grown and this is what their fight will be about sasuke will want to pit his hate against narutos will and he will most likely lose but he may learn

And why should Sasuke be as powerful as Naruto? The manga is called Naruto, not Sasuke, right? And the main antagonist is Obito, isn't he?

1st: Your only problem that Naruto got a power-up, is Sasuke didn't?

2nd: Why do you think he's supposed to fend off Naruto? You don't honestly believe he's supposed to defeat Naruto do you in the final battle do you?

3rd: This one is the perfect response to all your troubles. Sasuke is the second main character. He's supposed to be less than Naruto. So everything is as it should be. Honestly, in most stories it's all about the main character. There really isn't a second main character as far as importance goes. Sasuke is just a side character, like Vegeta was in DBZ. 2nd most important yes, but he still ended up miles behind the main character, and some other characters, because it's all about the main one.

While I don't mind Naruto getting power ups. This seemed obvious...to me at least. I don't see the excitement in it honestly. Just seems like he's all raw power, I just find it kinda boring. Not the Manga in its entirety, but just to me...JUST TO ME...this chapter was really boring. I feel this power up is not unique, or surprising. Thousands upon thousands have speculated it, I think Kishi should have went a different route. I feel Kishi might be getting lazy, or exhausted from working so hard.

Off topic: Naruto's new BSM sounds like "bullshitmode". Am I the only one who thought this?

I don't see how it's bullsh*t. Only senjutsu worked on Obito. How else were they gonna attack him?

Like Kurama said his chakra already fused with senjutsu chakra, so how is it bullsh*t if it were possible?

EDIT: also, that's what senjutsu is used for... To boost your own chakra. Senjutsu is just an enhancer. it's not like Naruto used something new, he just used senjutsu (an enhancer) on his BM mode...

He learned summoning and how to control Kurama's chakra to defeat Neji. SM, he learned to fight Pain, BM he got to fight against the tailed beasts+Obito and now this mode is for fighting against Obito again.

While the chapter felt short this week. I enjoyed it because interesting developments have occurred...

1.) People were proven wrong about Hashirama and Madara being disintegrated by the Bijuu blast!
2.) Naruto can use Sage Mode + Nine Tails that was awesome! I supported this theory with many others!
3.) Seems that Madara doesn't want the Infinite Tsukuyomi to happen! (Possibly)

Now here comes the crusty part of my thread... I didn't enjoy seeing Naruto getting an extra power-up so soon. I knew that at some point Naruto would receive BSM which is cool and unique to Naruto. My only problem is where's Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo, EMS power, etc...?

I understand that Naruto is the main character and all, but Kishimoto is making this one-sided right now! How will Sasuke present a challenge when Naruto has received multitudes of power-ups in the past two arcs? Yes, Sasuke did receive EMS upgrades. Still Kishimoto gave Sasuke only the Final Version upgrade and Enton manipulation. Great power-ups for Sasuke, but this won't be enough for Sasuke to fend off against Naruto.

Kishimoto isn't doing a good job considering that Sasuke is the second main character in this manga. I mean if Sasuke's useless against Obito. Why not make Sasuke fight alongside Hashirama to defeat Madara? I know that Sasuke can be of some assistance in this scenario.

I do admit it bothers me that Sasuke has been portrayed as a frighten puppy for the last two chapters. I can't help it because Sasuke even in the face of adversity does something. In this fight, Sasuke is just standing there with his knees shaking all over the place.

I hope that Sasuke plays an important role. I'm not saying defeat Obito, but do something than just standing there. Was this a glimpse that Kishimoto wanted to show of Sasuke? With this chapter it seems that Sasuke is reverting after clenching his fist. What do you guys think about this chapter? Is Kishimoto leaving Sasuke's powers to the dust? Also will Sasuke revert back?

i completely understand where your coming from, and to be honest if i was a sauske fan id think the same, and even not being i understand that as a fan id want sauske to get more upgrades. but on that note. im a fan. and thats why as a fan id only want him to get upgrades. kishi is not messing up with any character or any plot or any part of this manga. it is his manga and in that aspect no matter what he writes it is perfect to his story because he created it and is still writeing it as his story, so i do agree with u but kishi has no mistakes hes writeing this manga this way for his own reasons according to his story..p.s this isnt supposed to be a hostile reply

I think Kishi just wants it be finished as soon as possible now. The manga was getting exciting but slowly that excitement is dying...

Sasuke should be getting a power-up too, since Kishi said that whenever Naruto gets a power-up so does Sasuke. Or he may have forgotten that, since naruto has had 3 power-ups now, Sasuke has had 1...but the power-up that Sasuke will gain is PS probably...since getting a rinnegan would make him stronger than Naruto.. Kishi said Madara and Sasuke will talk, but it dosent look like it ATM...maybe he will gain a power-up from Madara?

He won't. Sasuke is no longer Naruto's rival. Naruto is at least 2 powerups ( BM and BSM ) above him. Not even PS can clear the gap now. Not only does Naruto have insane speed and strength from BM but now he also has the highest level of sensing.

But wait, there's more- Naruto can now fuse with the Toad Sages. That leaves room to another powerup.
