The Jūbi emerging from Obito

It seems Obito needs the Jūbi to semi- reemerge from his body to cast Mūgen Tsukuyomi:

When Mūgen Tsukuyomi is successfully cast it's game over for the Alliance and everyone else so it's bound to fail.

Naruto and co. will stop Obito from casting the Genjūtsu, but that in turn will probably give the Jūbi the opportunity to either escape or reach its foreshadowed Final Transformation.

I have to agree, but how does this play in Sasuke and Naruto final battle or am I think to much into this? I see Madara and Obito being defeated by Naruto and the Juubi being released from their control. Although, the Juubi would not be for long. In some twisted way to be on par with Naruto, Sasuke would become the Juubi's Jinchuuriki. He would in turn make himself the "Savior of The World" to reclaim the Uchiha name to honor.

The reason to make Naruto upset towards Sasuke's actions would be Sasuke's destroying of the Bijuu inside of him.

that is the reason sasuke is there. One more thing i am not sure though if the Mūgen Tsukuyomi will affect naruto and bee who are perfect jins. just have to wait and see how that happens

Obito was confident in saying that nothing could withstand Infi Tsukuyomi so everyone even Jins will fall under the Genjutsu

Either that or Madara's trump card finally comes into play, but it looks like we are finally getting somewhere story wise.

I think that the Infinite Tsukuyomi will succeed for a little bit but the it'll somehow be broken, when Naruto snaps out of it with the help of the SO6P or even just memories of it being his birthday and his friends that spur him on he'll get out of their he'll have to face the final form Juubi. Just a thought, a really bad thought.

Second thought is now that the Juubi is out that Madara's trump card is going to throw Obito so off balance that the Juubi will take over completely and show its final form, so probably next chapter seeing the look on Madara's worried face,

The way it's coming out, it looks like Obito's the one giving birth. His anus is going to be sore after pushing that one out.

OT: It could be that the Juubi has a chance to escape due to the fact that Obito seems to be rushing the initiation of the technique and rushing anything doesn't end well. I haven't yet had chance to scrutinize the chapter properly but I've got the gist.

Things could go the other way, Obito could successfully carry out the technique yet a select few might able to avoid being caught based on prior knowledge/abilities. The most obvious of course being Naruto, Killer Bee and Sasuke because firstly, Naruto and Bee are Jinchuuriki and secondly, they've all encountered Tsukuyomi and know how to avoid it. (And I suppose you could count Sasuke breaking out of one already, but this being the Juubi's power might affect it's strength.)
