Yamato takes it low diff. I don't think he would be able to restrain Hidan instantly and it might take some time to catch him with Mukoton, but nevertheless Hidan doesn't stand a chance. If he tries to get close to Yamato it will just make him lose faster since Yamato can create Mukoton from his own body.
