A nice jutsu, this can be used pretty nicely and stealthily, if not for the fact that the RP is more or less a metagame fest now. You apply a seal to a location and when the enemy gets closer it reacts to his chakra and explodes.

theres gotta be a trigger of some kind to know whats going on.... or else i could set this up and they cant counter.

Well, the trigger is foreign chakra. The seal itself is visible so it can be seen when it's made, but when foreign chakra comes within short range of the seal, it becomes near impossible to counter tbh

You use it by having them trapped in a form of container, that can be an earth jutsu that encloses them inside, a water sphere, etc. And yes, the container has to be made first, then you place the seal.

Pretty self explanatory here. You channel chakra into a seal that you come in contact with in order to reverse and negate the effects of it.

If the seal is placed, there may be custom ways of doing so, but as far as I know, there isn't a canon seal that does this.

Description: The user takes out two bladed objects and crosses them. This creates a seal that seals away 50% of the chakra of any opponents within short-range of the user, allowing them to use only upto A-rank techniques.

im guessing any blades as long as it's blades won't matter? but why blades? could i work with two blunt objects?

Yes, any bladed item will do but I'm not sure why it has to be blades exactly. I just always went with it. o_o
