not only does kisame not start in WD allowing minato to tag him loooonnggggg before that happens, but minato can get out of waterdome. Kisame's going to effectively chase down minato, minato's shadow clone, gamabunta, and hinata in WD? Not a chance. For that matter, Minato can simply drop kunai in WD as he goes along, eventually a kunai will be out and he ports out. Once in WD, he's on his own. Minato Remote FtG's hinata to him and places kunai's outside dome.. minato's clone then FTG's to gamabunta to Help distract Kisame in WD so that Minato and hinata can FTG gentle fist Kisame. Once gentle fist hits, kisamehade's chakra is shit off. He isn't absorbing chakra when he can't control the flow of chakra through his body; it might even force Samehade to diffuse from him.
WD isn't a 1 shot jutsu anymore. It's literally kisame's only viable attack against minato, and in light of the whole shadow clone thing, and remote FTG minato is able to easily escape WD.
