What's the point of this... One hit and the Hidan is dead... Even if he swipes some blood, she'll still follow through with an attack that will destroy his body.

Hidan wins.
I'm quite surprised I'm seeing this from you. I thought that you thought Tsunade beats Hidan every time although that could be because of Katsuyu.

Anyway Tsunade can still take this with mid difficulty.

Also Tsunade can just grab Hidan's scythe and pull him towards herself or launch Hidan into the air by punching the ground similar to how Sakura punched the ground and sent Juubi clones sky high.

After this renders Hidan unable to move properly and then and with her strength, close the fissure, thus burying him inside or just cut him apart with a chakra scalpel.

Hidan's ritual can't end Tsunade due to Tsunade's regeneration and Hidan won't expect that Tsunade is capable of withstanding lethal blows so Tsunade can catch Hidan off guard similar to how .

Also a direct punch from Tsunade will no doubt cause his spine to break, thus rendering him unable to move.

Tsunade wins, with or without Katsuyu; for obvious reasons that were stated above. Though, I'm not willing to debate this match-up in the slightest bit, considering past experiences... seeing how annoying it gets, going back and fourth with Hidan supporters who love to grasp at straws.

Tsunade medium-high difficulty... With No knowledge and lacking Katsuyu.

Alright let me counter a few of your points there,

First off if Tsunade pulls Hidan towards her via scythe she then proceeds to get impaled in the face via this pulling him towards her is the worst idea she could have,

Launching Hidan in the air by punching the ground, lol doesn't happen but even if it did Hidan can stick to the ground via as can most shinobi, which is why using that in fights is pretty pointless

BPD can be argued against, as Hidan was able to still move after impaling right through the bottom of his spine don't think His nervous System being impared would even do anything, this also proves that last point of yours wrong. You can't contribute breaking of bones, or tearing of Muscles to Hidan as he has shown to be able to function without such things...

Not to mention he has his regeneration as well, which will heal him from mostly anything

Although we all know Hidan is Faster,More skilled in CQC and agile then Tsunade,

So i doubt she would even hit him,

Ritual Spam ends it, really

No, if Tsunade grabs her scythe, Hidan would have to let go of it or else get pulled towards Tsunade. Hidan can't use his scythe to redirect an attack on Tsunade if she is holding on to it but let us just say he somehow can. He won't be able to pull the scythe back and eat the blood, thus the ritual can't be completed.

Hidan has no knowledge on Tsunade's strength so he won't expect her to create a massive upward force by simply hitting the ground so he won't bother putting chakra into his feet.
BPD can be argued against, as Hidan was able to still move after impaling right through the bottom of his spine don't think His nervous System being impared would even do anything, this also proves that last point of yours wrong. I didn't see Hidan's scythe directly impaling himself in his spine area but even still, you can see it is somewhere towards the bottom so Hidan is still capable of moving his arms since the nerves that carry signals to the arms are different from the ones that carry signals to the legs. Also BPD is a bit different than spinal damage since it rearranges the nerves whereas spinal damage simply disconnects them.

Just because Hidan is resistant to stabbing simple areas doesn't mean a full on direct hit from Tsunade won't incapacitate him since those two are different attacks. Tsunade's punches deal concentrated blunt and explosive damage whereas Hidan has only been seen tanking a widespread pressure based wind attack from Kakuzu. A low level katon from Asuma and various simple stabbing and cutting attacks.

The power of Tsunade's chakra explosions within her fists may even cause Hidan to lose body parts because the impact would be from a very close distance and heavily concentrated.
Not to mention he has his regeneration as well, which will heal him from mostly anything

Although we all know Hidan is Faster,More skilled in CQC and agile then Tsunade,

Tsunade was suffering immeasurable pain while carrying two huge susanoo swords in her abdomen yet she was unfazed from the pain and continued her assault against the susanoo clones. (

So if Hidan starts spamming the ritual, Tsunade will charge at him and force him to withdraw from his circle thus rendering your ritual spam strategy futile.

Tsunade has a 5.0 in taijutsu compared to Hidan's 4.5 and they both have a 3.5 in speed thus Tsunade has the slight advantage in a taijutsu skirmish. You can attribute Tsunade's sloppiness due to getting hit by slow immobile susanoo clones but bare in mind she was . At other times, Tsunade has got hit by an attack because she wanted to protect others such as the and she protected .

Just because she wasn't able to land a hit on Kabuto doesn't mean she is slow because he's a skilled medical ninja and we all know because it is a priority for medics to remain alive at all costs to heal others. Also so Kabuto being able to run away from a rusty Tsunade doesn't mean Tsunade is slow unless you think Kakashi is slow.

Hidan is quite underestimated. He displayed noteworthy speed and reaction feats and also taijutsu CQC against kakashi.

The lowest part of the spine is where Hidan got stabbed (If he did) and that part controls your ****. So if anything, Hidan just went limp for life.

Kakashi already was at like 50% stamina when they got into it XD

Not really as it hardly makes a difference. Fact still remains he still displayed impressive evasive and reaction time feats during that fight.
