In some countries I believe the population should be better controlled via education and medicine, but I don't think we should have every country limiting the amount of children people can have.

I view the ability to have children as a human right, well, more like a right for all life.

I have to say I disagree with anything like that being implemented. In a country that faces extreme overpopulation and depletion of resources, then I would understand the reasoning, but certain countries can prosper without such rules.

That's not even true now. Maybe individually, but looking at the big picture, even countries with 90+ percentile educations are contributing to over-population. We're too far down the line to simply promote better education. The world's resources won't last another 20 years at this rate.
