Ehh, I use gimp so I only have XCF files which can't be opened in photoshop, sorry. It's just a smudge brush with a ~1.2 jitter (at least on Gimp, idk about photoshop) at about 20px and then a smaller 12px for more detailed smudging. Sorry I can't show you a file
