He changed the trajectory of the TBB he didn't overpower it, and he almost got beat by the other 6 tailed beasts had killer Bee not been there.

Also the stuff above doesn't really make him god like, since his BM could literally be absorbed by nagato

Well really the only thing i can see that would put sasuke up that high is his amterasu and susanoo mastery but pretty much everyone high kage and higher on the least could easily counter that combo, so yeah he really doesnt need to be up that high.
