Orochimaru and The Five Kage's absence

Do you think that Kishi is delaying their return because of everything that's happening on the battlefield or is it because Orochimaru is up to something? It does seem suspicious that Oro didn't just follow Sasuke and the Hokages to the battlefield but at the same time there are a lot of evidence to suggest that Oro s genuinely neutral now.

I think Kishi is planning Team Sannin reunion. That's why Hiruzen is ignored and Orochimvaru/Tsunade aren't returned yet. Probably Orochimaru brings back Jiriya too. Who knows.
