half of PS was already the size of the wood golem. I think that a full PS would be around the size of one of the Kyuubi's tails straight up, making it closer the the budda itself, though still shorter.

Or another explanation could be that one of them or either of them could change the size of the technique.

Actually, If Madara can wrap Susano'o around the Kyuubi and then.. we conclude his Susano'o is bigger than the Kyuubi.

The Kyuubi is bigger than the Golem during Hashirama and Madara fight.

Madara's Perfect Susano'o should be bigger than the Kyuubi.

I'm not trying to argue Perfect Susano'o is bigger, but this pointless speculation. Because it's basically Wood and Chakra. They could probably make it grow depending on their Chakra level and will.

Obito could use kumai to it's full extent, kakashi cannot.

The biggest thing he kumai'd is hachibi, either way they both have the same power in both eyes.

Obito used a long rang kumai too you know...
