I never seen any of her fans. I've seen a lot of orochimaru fans and she's connected to him like kabuto (she just has nearly no screentime) so I figured she had a few fans. I've also seen iruka, genma & ebisu fans and she's in their category, but I dont see her fans....

I agree, she's kinda like neji IMO

in part 1 neji has enormous potential and ever since naruto beat him in the chunin exam and the sound 4, neji character died down

in part 1 anko was cool up until the 3rd hokage died
