I hate it when people go into a thread and say "wrong section", but in this particular case it would be more helpful to you if you asked this in the artbase. Just scroll down the forum and you will see the gfx shops, I'd suggest finding an open one and making the request there. Those people are very dedicated to making great avatars which I've used in the past.
