Its right in our faces who cares what that databook says. Even Kish said he wish he did not want to make the databook or something similar to that I forgot. Plus databook has shown so many inconsistencies.

Well that is like skipping a grade in school if this was compared to school or getting a promotion before anyone at work. That kinds of tell you right there he is one a hard worker or he was natural bless. Plus you know Neji if not Shino gives the k11 guidance in their missions.

Also Gai is smart. He knew a few counters by thinking and he uses mostly Ta instead of all the ninja abilities to beat his opponents. He kills off a handicap position even if he does not have to and can use the fully abilities of a ninja.

A lot of databook usage here... I thought it was obvious that the databooks aren't worth the paper they are printed on anymore.

The databook lists Hayate Gecko's age at 23 if I'm not mistaken, and we see him in Obito's flashback. I don't think we should use info from a book that seems to hold little ground in canon.
