Oda mentioned in a SBS that Shanks could have knocked out all 100,000 pirates and fishmen opposing the Straw Hats during the Fishman Island Arc with his Haoushoku Haki (Luffy managed to overwhelm 50,000).

That SBS is ages old dude. And it doesn't prove his Haki is the strongest, just stronger than Luffy's 'cause it's fact that Luffy's Haki is shit (Luffy even said so).

But regardless, his Haki is most likely the strongest.

Garp showed the best use of Busoshoku Haki so far and best use of Haoshoku Haki is shown from Shanks.

I doubt Shank's excels in all three types of Haki. He may be the best overall wise but I'm sure there are skilled people who excels in a specific type of haki.

I remember that too, but that is far from confirmation. 'Cause that could be suggesting he has very sharp eyes & sublime reflexes to match. And according to your claim, that means Luffy used CoO when he saw how the CP-9 used Soru; and when the M3 fought their respective CP-9 opponents, they all used CoO since they were all able to follow people who were moving at Mach 2+.

Strongest Haoshoku haki for sure. I think Dragons Haki will be superior though.

I disagree with the observation part, Rayleigh seems much better for that title when he was fighting with Kizaru.

Yup, Even Whitebeard pirates commamders said that he has an impressive haki as always. I think Shanks has top of the class CoC. BTW, his CoA is also in the top league, as we saw that he clashed with WB with just one hand. Shanks is a total boss!
