Password Resolve: For Those Who are Stuck

As you all may know something weird happened to NBase recently, the site was down for a few days and now its back. And although they said no information was lost something strange did happen...

My Password No Longer Worked!!!

For anyone who is also having this problem you may be very upset because registration is closed and THEIR IS NO LINK FOR CHANGING PASSWORDs. Well their may be a link, I just couldnt find it after about 15min of scrolling through pages and searching...

So here is a work around to change your password!

Go to the login page, the link should look something like this: narutobase.net/forums/login.php

Once their you are going to ADD the following to the end of the link: ?do=lostpw

So the final link is going to look like this: narutobase.net/forums/login.php?do=lostpw

And their you have it, you can now have your password changed... To save you time I just hyperlinked the above link below, that way all you have to do is click on the link to change your password.... Your Welcome.

Yeah but you had to get to the link that sent you that password. Which is the problem here.

yes and he has two links, one for people with gmail and other one for regular mail accounts.

i dont see why everyone is having problems all i did was go to
the announcement section in forums and than the Important information from narutobase section..than u simply click the link, if u didnt use a legit email ur kinda screw tho haha, or if u forgot ur email but if u forget ur email..dk why u even have an email in the first place.

im pretty sure they dont send u ur new pw till u complete the first step of clicking the link u go to ur email get a link click it, it says they sent u a new pw, go back to ur email..get the pw..and boom ur done atleast it was that simple for me..

Or you could have just clicked the forgotten password link ._. When the site was back up and it said my password was wrong, I clicked the if you forgot your password click here, because I couldn't remember if I changed it after last time I forgot it (where it gives you a random code password). Plus, you can still access the forums even if you're not signed in.

Sorry if I am late or if this has already been posted, as I said before I litterally JUST got my acconut working and I didnt see any post explaining what happened or why. I have 2 emails, 1 I check and 1 that I send spam to, and guess which one this was sent to, so if an email was sent to that email I never saw it.

So for people with the same badluck I had, they can scroll, see password in the title, and know what to do from there

Hmm interesting. I had to simply "fail to log in" 6 times and it gave me a link to get a new password which I clicked on, it gave me a generic one, then I changed it back to the normal one I use

well , i was trying doing that and it was always saying that i got my pass or username wrong , and that was a lie , because 1 friend and 1 cousin of mine tried to enter my account with the same thing that i was trying to enter with , and they entered , and i don't ... so what i did was this: i waited 15 mins (when that message of the 15 minutes appeared) and then i refresh the page and i entered automatically lol.

The most comical thing , is that , i was right , i was putting all the stuff correctly lol. (sorry for my bad english , if i wrote something wrong ).
