Obito's Kamui and Kakashi's, which is faster ?

I'm talking about the ability Obito use to teleport people by touching them and Kakashi's. I know Minato dodge it but that was mainly because Obito paused to talk before activating it. He himself says he'll send Minato the instant he touches him.

And Kakashi managed to Kamui Susano arrows at close range. That's pretty fast. What do you think ?


Which do you think activate faster ? Can speedy people evade it ?

I would guess that it depends on how powerful they want the kamui to be and how much chkara they use one it. For instance, it would be fastest if either they made a small kamui with a lare burst of chkara. It has little to do with the actual user. Just a theory

Obito's has more diversity, but is limited to Short Range.

This and pretty much Obito's deals with short range stuff and Kakashi's is long range. Both can be offensive and defensive the only difference is Obito is an Uchiha and Kakashi isn't. So he technically can't tap into the full power of the Kamui like Obito can, obviously.

You were in a way about talking if they can be fast enough to dodge the Raikage or teleport him. They should be able to activate at the same exact time it's just that Kakashi just always can't because of his pitiful chakra pool and his none Uchiha blood being able to be consistent and on par with Obito's. I'd say in terms of eyes their the same speed but Obito probably can activate it faster if he really wanted to.

Obito's "intangibility" aspect is the same speed as Kakashi's Kaumi, if not faster.

But Kakashi's is faster vs when Obito warps other people or himself.

These means Kakashi was faster but honestly Obito has been a cocky mother f this entire war and has underestimated some people. But if he really went all out and we really have never seen him just shut up and fight, I'm sure his Uchiha DNA can make Kamui faster than Kakashi's Hatake DNA can.

It depend who or what was kamui.
Kakashi sharingan belong to Obito.
Obito was kamui back to Naruto world.
So Obito was faster and Kakashi still in the kamui world.
Earlier Kurama gave him some chakra, then he could go & back faster.
Kakashi did not much chakra, as kamui need.
