Madara or tobi could have revived madara giving a zetsu a rinnegan they have everything as they could be used in edo tensei except the fact they cannot pee or poop!!!

If you read the manga, Madara was suppose to be revived with Rinne Tensei. That way he would become the ten-tails host with a REAL body, not a corpse body.

Your right, kishi overlooked that, logically obito should have done that. He could have given Zetsu Nagato's other rinnegan and used Rinne Tensei.

However this is a manga with over 500 chapters which is obviously not based on real life laws. For this reason its difficult to cover every hole or possibility while story telling.

There are a lots of similar issues such as, why did Obito bother going to war after Kabuto joined him. He could have just taken Ginkaku and Kinkaku and revived the Juubi in secret.
