Last time i checked a 4v2 is hardly a Solo. Also you seem to forget the Kin-Gin bros had 20 Elite bounty hunters with them.

There are many Featless characters such as the sages sons, Unknown kages, 3rd kazekage and so on, It's common sense to estimate a Kage level shinobi's strength above that of a chunin such as the K11.
