KCM Naruto Flawed

first of all let me start by pointing out that initially KCM naruto was supposedly extreemly fast. All those who saw him likened him to the yellow flash. When naruto and Bee fought the fourth raikage naruto demonstrated speed equal to the fourth raikage's base speed. when the raikage came at naruto with his fastest punch, naruto dodged it, making him in the least as fast as raikage's top speed. during the actual ninja war battles naruto and his clones suddenly slowed down. they stopped using super speed, and during naruto's battle with the new six paths of tobi he seemed to be just as slow as the edo jinjuruki. after the defeat of the edo jinjurukis tobi seemed to be much faster than naruto, even guy demonstrated greater speeds than the once Raikage lvl naruto.
now i could keep on pointing out more scenes but my point has already been made, so this raises the question, what the f*** happened to his speed?

Was it speed or Flying Thunder God Naruto was using in the aformentioned fights? I thought it was FTG in which case it is still new to him? Still you bring up a good point. Why isn't Naruto using it more often? Good Observation.

Naruto wasnt keeping up with v1 Ay. Ay was simply matching his kcm speed. Kcm naruto dodging raikage was the same as sm naruto dodging 3rd. All he did was dodge, he sent faster. All the people that linked him to naruto aren't necessarily wrong, but we assume they counted ftg. What they probably linked it to was minatos shushin which is really fast.

Lol I was griping about this earlier in another thread. Hashi and Madara need to settle up so the story can move on and Madara can get back to messin things up for everybody. I want to see him take on Jubito.

in order to dodge the raikage's full speed punch i believe you have to be faster than him or use ftg, and i dont recall naruto placing any seals anywhere, which would mean he is faster.

naruto has not used it since then because he was weakened after the 4th raikage's speed test, and in the obito fight it would have 0 use because he needed to save the whole alliance, not just himself. The real reason why i think kishi has not gone further into detail is that they want to show minato either comparing his speed with naruto, or naruto learning FTG. You will see this speed again, kishi would not have compared his speed to the yellow flash if otherwise.

Probably because he's been over-working himself with all the clones as well as constantly using the kyuubi's chakra. His "ftg" is dependent on the kyuubi's chakra after all. Or that's how I see it.

Considering how slow the 2nd and 4th Hokage seemed when they were fighting Tobi, it's no surprise if Tobi makes them all look like turtles.

Also, I'm sure such incredible speed takes a bit more effort than most of Naruto's other techs. After all, he is literally running/jumping unlike his dad and the 2nd Hokage.

the reason naruto hasnt used his speed much, is because he isnt used to fighting at high speeds. So he doesnt use the speed unless he absolutely has to, because he isnt used to it.

He sprained his own ankle useing the speed before.


So simply he isnt used to the speed, and rarely uses it because it can cause more harm than good(since he hasnt had a chance to train useing that speed safely)

Plot. The whole reason why he slowed down was plot. Kishi gave him incredible speed which allowed him to be faster than V2 Ay. But then if he kept using that speed he would have simply blitzkrieg'd the entire Zetsu force, the Edo Army, Edo Madara and Obito, which story and entertainment wise would have sucked.

In DBZ happens the same with Goku's ability to instantaneously teleport anywhere. In one occasion he used it dozens of times in a row, virtually hitting his opponent from all angles at the same time. This could have been used against every opponent from thereafter, but it wouldn't make for a good show.

The same is true to Madara's and Obito's Rinnegan. Having Hashirama's DNA they could literally spam their Rinnegan techniques to full extent. Obito could have certainly do this against Kakashi, using Preta Path or even Deva Path. However if they would do that they would simply rape every-single character on the opposed side. Making the war a very dull Arc.

So in sum Kishi had to do what every author needs to do in order for the story to gain, temporarily forget what your characters can do. You may call it plot hole, I'd rather call it simply plot.
