3. The TBB's were seconds from firing... giving him no time to even go back all the way to a distance that Sakura needed the Byakugan's help to see, and then summon Aoba to teleport.

Those would be the specific reasons that he was saying just those two. The TBB's could have fired at any second, and as such he was acting with haste in the most realistic way possible. Besides... with a summon of her own, could Sakura not do the same?!

I wouldn't say this proves he doesn't care about Sakura.

He was thinking logically. Only those with Sage jutsu can defeat Obito. So, those with sage jutsu must live to fight another day. The only ones are Naruto and Juugo. Sasuke didn't know Naruto had shared his chakra. Thus, he didn't know they could all be saved. He's was taking the ones that could help defeat Obito.
It was clearly a hard decision. He asked Naruto for advice beforehand. Then he tells Juugo he had a plan. Why would he ask Naruto for advice before telling others the plan? Because he didn't like the plan. He was looking for another option.
