Question about Mifune (Samurai leader)

Mifune says ninjutsu is useless against him. why is that?

He takes advantage of the defenseless moment of forming seals to strike. His swords style is where he draws from the scabbard and strikes...instantly replacing the balde in the sheath. It makes for quick and decisive strikes.

Not for rasengan because Mifune is able to stop hand seals but rasengan requires none unless you are the fail naruto is and has to use a clone

It should be noted that while he is fast many fast ninja exist and have gotten bye. This does not mean he can defeat all ninja or anything.

thats my point. some of the really fast ninja can do as they please. I dont see how he's going to stop current Obito from doing whatever he wants
