How did Tobirama teleport ?

I don't think he has markings on the outside (and it would have been one hellavu coincidence for the 4th to accidentally teleport everyone juts where his marking is)

Can he teleport without it ?

Who is on the outside beside who? and what exactly is the question. I thought tobirama never left he was there all along, sasuke naruto juubi minato and tobirama are all on the same place.

Naruto and Tobirama teleported along side with the others. Look at the last panel on my post. Naruto's chakra arms is on juugo and sasuke. He teleported them. I was wondering why is Tobirama with them since Naruto is not touching him but I had forgotten Minato has a mark on him so Naruto doesn't have to be touching him
