Who wins this? I believe Piccolo said he has not felt a ki like Majin Vegeta since SSJ2 Gohan [Cell Arc].

Power levels are similar which means they are pretty much equal.

Majin Vegeta was slightly stronger than the average SS2. WOULD BE A Great fight... Kamehameha vs Final Flash but Vegeta would win Med diff worst case scenario it would end in a tie via Final Explosion.

no? He meant their energies felt similar. You do know that the stronger the saiyan the stronger the transformation right? Like if you're power level is 400 super saiyan one times it by 50 and super saiyan 2 times that by 2. Vegeta's base power level surpassed Gohans during buu saga. And he was able to take on Buu.(He got his ass kicked but he put up a fight)

Vegeta told him Gohan was much weaker in Buu-saga than in Cell arc. And some people commented his power level went even further in Buu arc. than Gohan's in Cell arc.
