Is Sasuke not a battle expert?

No fanboying here for real, but you have to admit Sasuke is a battle expert.He may not be as smart as Shikamaru in strategy but he is better than almost everyone (except maybe Minato and Itachi).

I don't know where Deidara comes in, he was fodder regardless. I think Itachi wanted to lose to Sasuke to give him new power and explain things to him. He had a bit of help with Danzo, AKA Kirin. How long do you think it would have taken Sasuke to figure about about Danzos' 5 minute interval?

U can't say that Sasuke is better just bcoz he lost to Sasuke and Itachi,infact Orochimaru's arrogance is his big weakness for him ...If Oro is abit carefull, I dnt think Itachi and Sasuke can win that easily...

I would call battle experts at this point guys like Madara,Hashirama,Kakashi dudes with huge experience,but Sasuke got a decent chunk of experience and his battle smarts aint half bad for his age.

sasuke is the 2nd main character that's why he doesn't loose many battles. it doesn't mean he is expert...! a lot of characters are better than him namely itachi, minato, kakashi, tobirama, shikamaru, kakazu, orochimaru etc....! i would say he is mediocre....! :bye:

Everyone has thire strengths and weakness.....If u think Artist useng his Art(his KKG) isn't a feat of skill then what makes u think Sasuke is so special without Sharingan...?

I think he is average at battle strategy he is a lot like younger naruto well naruto until now honestly he knows he is good enough to win so he fights hard and takes dumb chances which is why he has been severely injured so many times and like naruto most of his biggest win came against people who he was trying to kill who were not trying to kill him ie orochimaru itachi and ransom had him dead but that stupid red head girl saved his life kinda like hinata did for naruto.

Why isn't he fighting Obito? Maybe because he doesn't possess that one thing that can harm Obito.

Because he's arrogant and tends to underestimate his opponents. This is a serious detriment to his battle intelligence. However, if he survives long enough, he can do away with his arrogance fight intelligently. The prefect example of this is his fight with Deidara. He underestimated him, but then used a ton of strategy, causing Deidara to suicide. His battle with Danzo also shows his intelligence.

When it comes to battle, naruto is the best. I doubt obito can beat naruto alone. Still now, naruto is mapping the flow with obito.
